Just a few pointers;
-Although runners generally have no experience they may come from film school/uni background.
-Try and mention the volume of work in some areas. e.g. editors work very long hours to meet deadlines (and you know yourself how long it can take).
-Try and research some film school backgrounds that people in these roles may have come from (a dop may have gone to nfts). Or other experience they may have (even if not strictly needed).
